About Leanne

Real Estate Is In My Blood

Leanne grew up in a real estate family in Connecticut. Her mom was a top agent for ReMax and launched Jan Kinsella & Associates, a very successful firm earning her top 1% in the nation.

Buyers and Sellers will tell you that Leanne's sincerity and ease of engagement are what drew them to her first. She has an authenticity that in her corporate role as Director of Business Development earned her immediate trust from Chief Marketing Officers of Fortune 500 corporations.

Her gift is genuinely wanting to know what matters to you. Be that helping a seller net the most for their house or finding the right fit for a buyer of their next home. While anyone can list a house, not every agent works as diligently behind the scenes to market properties as well as proactively prospect to identify potential buyers.

Leanne considers herself a "continual learner". She lives daily by her favorite quote, "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care".

She has earned The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties.

Originally from Connecticut, Leanne relocated to the Lake Norman area of NC in 2003 where she lived for 20 years. Today she resides in Taylorsville, NC. When she's not working, you will most likely find her and her husband Frank throwing balls with their three active German Shepherds. At other times she enjoys spending time with her rescue kitty Dudley, reading or in a yoga class.
